Recent Florida Work - Cover This is a softcover brochure, evidently self published in order to promote the services of the architectural firm of Treanor & Fatio.

This copy is in very good condition.   There is a previous owner's name on the front cover, otherwise there is no writing in this book.   The edges of the covers show some wear.  (A8-038)   $2200.00

The book consists solely of photographs with captions of client's buildings. Clients mentioned include Joseph E. Widener, Henry G. Barkhausen, Shepard, McAneeny, Harold S. Vanderbilt, Kahn, First National Bank, Edward T. Stotesbury, Chase, John S. Phipps, Schiff, Stehli, Johnson, Sanford, Roche, Cofer, Williams, Reed, Indian Creek Golf Club, Durant, Reynolds, Chadwick, Jones, Maurice Fatio, Thomson, DeWitt, Bryden, Pillsbury, Ordway, McKay, Office of Treanor and Fatio, and Douglas.    There was a second edition of this book published in 1938.    Currently there are no copies of the first edition and only one copy of the second edition for sale on the internet.    WorldCat, the library cataloging service, locates only seven copies of the two editions in libraries worldwide.    Thus, this is a rare book.
